The Fight Game's Return!

The colored dots are wormholes. Use them to get from map to map. The portals with the same color are linked to each other. The portals with faint circles around them can only be entered. The ones that have a hollow middle you can only come out of. You are not allowed to close/seal them!

Unlike the original Fight Game, this will be more organized and rules will be established to maintain the game.

The basic rules:
-One action per turn (Includes spawning).
-Do not start out godly.
-All powerful attacks/shields must require a charging turn.
-Buildings like houses or small bases of that like require at least 3 turns of building.
-Larger contraptions require at least 5 turns. It depends on your own judgement for how many. Please be reasonable.
-You CAN make alliances with other players. This is not a free for all. However, alliances have a max of 3 people.
-Don't be afraid of your character dieing. If your character dies you can respawn it with 0 MP and half of his HP. It won't lose anything except for summons.
-No spawn killing.

First topic at hand. The map. Unlike the original once again, there are areas in which players can move to and fro, so that a newly joined player cannot be attacked by anyone off the bat. The above map is separated into nine areas, which one can reside. When joining, one can select one of those nine (Center, Southwest, North-Center, etc.) to 'spawn' in. There are restrictions to your first turn, which will be explained later. Anyways, there are certain geographical features for each square, that should NOT be ignored. They are there to make things more interesting. Below is a summary, just to make things easier for me and you.

-When spawning, select a map to spawn in. Be sure to include it in your spawn-post. (Post in which you spawn. Duh!)
-You cannot move to an area not adjacent to you. (For example, you cannot move from Southwest to Northeast).
-You may only attack players IN THE SAME MAP
-Moving from one map to another only takes one whole turn.

Second topic at hand. Formats. To make this more organized, every player must use this format in each post:

(Action)

[Name]
HP: ?/?
MP: ?/?
Location: (Southeast, Center-west, etc.)
Items: (Items that are equipped must have a (E) after the name)
Allies: (List of partners)

-You may start with stats that don't add up to more than 50.
-The maximum HP and MP you can have is 75.

Third topic at hand. Please DO NOT god-mod. For those who don't know what this means, it means to make yourself powerful at the start and basically become, god-like. This is unfair to others and spoils the game, as it may make others god-mod. Example of godmodding and a bad post:

Player 1:
I fall from the sky, and land on Player 2, crushing him to death. I then get up, and punch Player 3 in the gut, killing him as well. I pick up a laser gun from the ground and blast Player 4 to ashes.

Okay, what's wrong with this? It's well written in terms of grammar and details, but it breaks several rules of Fight Game and roleplaying (Basically what Fight Game is)
-You cannot perform several actions per post
-You cannot control other people or their items
-What's the probability that you're going to pick up a diamond off the ground? The same chance that you'll find a laser gun off the ground, 0%.
-Obvious god-modding.

Summons can't be healed! (Bots, Beasts, Magical Unicorns, Etc.)
Summons can't dodge attacks.
Summons can only have a maximum of 30 HP and 30 MP.
You can only have one summon at a time.

NEW RULE: If someone god-mods and I think it's wrong, I'll allow to public to vote for if he is guilty or not. If he's guilty, he will be punished.
