Shoutbox Down Until Further Notice

The shoutbox has been taken down until further notice. As many of you have probably noticed, it has been causing a number of issues with website performance. Many of these issues are due to some inefficiencies with the shoutbox which are being looked into. I do hope to get it (or another shoutbox possibly) up in the near future, but until then I would much rather have the site function properly without one. There also seems to be some potential issues going on with our current webhost provider in terms of the resources being allocated to our site, which I will be trying to contact them about shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
