Yeah. My game completely froze. I had to CTRL+ALT+DEL to get out.

Depends. The game autosaves at certain points. But it is best to log out right when you get a good drop, just in case.

Server was just having some momentary connectivity issues due to a small power outage. It has obviously been resolved for quite some time now.
