New siggy I've been working on :P I think it looks pretty cool

I animated it, but it lost some quality in the reformatting :(

It's kind of...clashing I guess. If you're going for the mixed but awesome look, then you should make the shapes more distinct. I don't really know what you're aiming for with the colors and the whatever-it-is on the left, but I do like the animation in the animated siggy. The avatar's cool too. Could give someone a seizure.

Might as well add this on:

Kainerok is an alias I use on another forum.

Wow, you're pretty good with Photoshop'ing yourself a set of abs.

New avatar. <<<

First time I've ever done homemade anti-aliasing, actually. I think it turned out pretty well.

I'll post it here, for good measure:

Whee!

tehrozzy

Thats pretty cool, but darn pixelly.

SoulKeepz

So. Just a few sigs I've done.

Yeah, that's intentional. I'm a huge fan of the 8-bit style.

So then why is it anti-aliased?

LeGuy

Just because I want the pixels to look emphasized and blocky doesn't mean the lines have to look all jaggy.

Plus, I just like the way it looks. :P

Emphasizing Pixels + Anti-Aliasing + 8Bit = one big oxymoron.

LeGuy

Rawr! I don't really care if it's an oxymoron or not. I just personally like the way it looks and have made it my avatar. So there.
Whee!

I like the border lines in the top and bottom. I might just steal that from you =P

Eruption of Emotion is my favorite. Then again, I'm biased because I favor crisp, bright, and busy signatures like that one. Anyway, I suspect you made a transparent layer of black over them, but I don't like how the ones underneath Eruption are dark. I think it'd be better if you left them in their normal color, if what you did what I suspect. It would have better flow with the focal.

If that was how it came out naturally, then I recommend brightening it up. Maybe with a glow or w/e it's called in your program. What do you use, by the way?

Photoshop CS4. I think the first two have ~90 layers each. The others ones aren't as many. They're kinda in order of when I made them, from newest to older.

For the border, I just took the selection tool, selected a box on top, filled it with a color, then moved it down flush with the bottom, and repeated. Then just played with opacity. Usually have a gradient map over the top, too, so there's a bit of extra color, if you look very closely.

Just took some experimenting to find something I liked. Also, I agree with your favorite. That one's my favorite, too. :p

Also, Forgot to post one. Goes between the top two.

If you want, I can write a tutorial on exactly how I did it. Well, I'll make some new sig, and just write how I did it. Lol.
