* It?s no longer possible to build solid blocks on the top layer of the maps (sorry!)

What does that mean?

Assumedly, it means you can no longer place blocks on the topmost layer of the map.  You know, y coordinate 128 (or 127, not sure if it uses the 1 base or 0 base count)?
