Okay, here is an idea. How about bad and critical hits will be disabled after turn #100?

EDIT: Or even better, disable bad and critical hits now and give you the victory in the Mad Cow fight? The only reason why you lost was because of that bad hit, and your fight with the Mad Cow is the only fight so far where bad and critical hits played a huge role.
