New Reputation System

By popular demand, I have replaced the forum karma system with a new more advanced reputation system. Here is a list of the basic features included in this new system:

- Reputation points sent is now based on the giver's reputation power
- Reputation points can be gained by other users, and posting
- Reputation power goes up as you gain reputation points
- Popup box can be activated in posts wherein reputation can be sent with a comment (click the heart icon below someones name)
- Reputation indicated by colored meter below name, as well as hover over text
- Members can view their own reputation by going to profile, reputation
- Moderators (or anyone with permission) can delete reputation actions
- Reputation can be given per post, per thread, on account birthday, and on registration
