Since i just joined today i need help to make an account and i have 'NO' idea what to do and stuff.Because every time i click The account making button it wont work for some reason and could help me out?        :-\

in other words, if you want to create a new account you must donate 10 US dollars in which Meiun (the creator of the game) will create an account for you.

But how im not from Usa im from Uk so how ccould i make an account with out Paying ???

Just use a currency converter to find out what you need to pay in your currency.

And you HAVE to pay to make an account.

The topic ArtGames linked to in his earlier reply explains the whole process. Also, as stated, it dosn't matter hat currency you use as long as it converts to atleast $10 (USD).
