This is not coming, it has been confirmed that the clan system will not be implemented due to Meiun's computer being stolen.

Erm...It was stolen again or he still hasn't recovered from his computer being stolen? Couldn't you use some chat thing to contact the computer and maybe find where the culprit is at?
the computer is probaly broken or something...

No, you would not be able to do that. Sure, he's recovered. But he isn't going to spend a bunch of time rewriting the clan system that he had nearly finished for a donor server, when he could, and is, working on SoV3.
