Make sure it's removed fully, like you actually used the uninstaller and didn't just delete the shortcut. If you uninstalled it correctly, and the message still pops up, in your start menu search "regedit", click that and when it opens up hit CTRL+F and search for "Cheat Engine" delete what comes up, then hit ctrl+f again and search for it again and then delete anything that comes up. Repeat this process until no more instances come up.
