UFC (and other MMA)

I havent found a topic discussing UFC so I figured I would make one.  I love watching it, me and dad order almost every one, unforunatly 50 bucks a ppv is a load of guano.  I don't really have a favorite fighter but I usually pick someone before a fight whom I want to win.  If I had to pick a favorite it would be either Randy Couture or BJ Penn.
