After 5 seconds of looking at it, my comp froze from the fail and I had to restart. God, that was crappy...

Actually whoever hosted it should demand more money. You're gonna need more than the usual rate of payment, in order to be willing to host a terrible website like that!

I would actually demand more as a hosting company for all the bandwidth required to load all those full sized images, and an ENORMOUSLY large and awfully formatted script.
