That is actually a person from youtube with the disease called Progeria. Usually kids with this only live to about 13-15 years old, this person has a youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/tyrome1986) and it cleary states he is currently age 24. So it looks like he is doing pretty good in his life, considering the horrific facts. Not trying be a douche about this, but I don't really find this too funny.

Well after looking at that youtube channel Looper posted, he is essentially a kid with progeria who thinks he is a white rapper, Eminem specifically. A rather strange combo of sorts.

If he's not aware that his disease would bring him all sorts of ridicule on the internet, and that people laugh at him, specifically when he does things like this, than he's a retard, and I laugh at him for that instead. So in the end, any ridicule he gets is his own damn fault. No sympathy!
