No healing bonuses, unless you're in a base/house/any kind of shelter. Resting in any sort of shelter lets you heal 10 per turn. Hiding spots don't count.

I dont want this game to be like the last where everyone is ganging up on one guy... Even if he was the antagonist, it was just a tad annoying. Perhaps teams should be predetermined? If not then why have teams? There aren't enough people for even 3 teams to be practical, so I just think a free-for-all is the best option. I mean, we could have 3 teams, but it would need to be 2 players each.

Don't worry about it. Even though alliances are allowed, there can only be one winner. Alliances will eventually have to be broken. Most alliances will probably be broken by the time all four Elemental Crystals are found. It will turn out to be a free-for-all by the end of the game.
