This is a game being made with Game Maker, to be released. From the 7 minute video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qK9w_gw-WkQ), it looks to be a pretty solid game. Upon release it will probably cost about $3.

I found out about this game several months ago.

I'd buy it when it comes out. Looks nice. Like the music aswell.
