The blue line at the bottom I don't like so much. But other than that its good!

Looks groovy. Cept' that you cropped it a little too much at the top so you can totally see the glow being cut off.

What did you use, if I may ask? Looks like GIMP, Photoshop, ect.

Looks like you used a cool Font, Fill transparency, Glow, Scanlines, and then some funky mask stuff. And a bit o' stroking. And then a highlight of course.

Funny how you notice some of the stuff after you work with image manipulators after awhile.
