Server Network Fix

As many of you probably noticed, the server had been down for a while today. Apparently, there had been a rather serious network issue that had been causing frequent loss of connection and poor network performance to the server. I know that many of you had been complaining about such things for quite a while now, so I am now happy to report that these issues have (allegedly at least) been RESOLVED! =] Enjoy!
