You're kidding, right? I would expect older, or as you'd like to put it "grown men" developers compared to any teenager. They're far more realiable and often more experienced and skilled. Like Venuse mentioned already, most games wouldn't even exist as teenagers don't have the capacity to help develop a game. I would be more startled if I saw a developer posting their picture as a child...
