They're two people, yet they can share thoughts, sensations, sight, etc. Absolutely amazing.
Not sure there was any proof that they share "thoughts" but it looked like there might be some kind of connection with vision as shown right at the very end. But that's definitely very interesting. I can't imagine having an additional set of eyes, or even perceiving visual input from a different set. If it's true that they do share thought, that is even more intriguing.
My first thought on seeing this was of the movie "The Human Centipede". While it is quite amazing that something like this is even possible, it really is as much of a defect as say, being born without any arms. They won't be able to function in society, and from the video, it looks as though they are either retarded or unable to properly speak.

Well the video claimed that they could share thoughts, although it's hazy whether or not what they were sharing was vision or actual brain waves. Either way, it's amazing. I totally wish I knew it was like to have that kind of connection with someone.
It must be hard to play poker.
