It's not being thrown away, it's being developed.
I hasn't been "thrown away". A new version is currently being progressed on...though it might not be out in the new feature, so we have been given a donor server for the meantime. If you would still like to play like many of us still do, make a donation of at least 10 dollars and create/activate an account. You can do so by following Scotty's link. Also a generous person came about this forum not too long about saying he would be willing to donate for anyone...so you could post here and see how that works: http://www.stick-online.com/boards/index.php?topic=988.0
