Seems they updated Google images recently...and it really sucks. Now everything routes to some estranged website with a really new inconvenient overlay format thingy. Is everybody noticing this or is it just me? Also, if anybody knows how to get the old Google images back...where the window frames weren't so !@#$ed...I'd love to know. It's a bitch to copy and paste and get clear images now... Here's an example of what I mean: (Right click, then view image, for full view of the 2 screenshots)
Upon search shit is less organized:

And when an image is clicked, it redirects you to the image's website in addition with a new shitty overlay that sucks donkey dick through a blind mans saggy nipples:

The best bet would just be to click the "Switch to basic version" at the bottom of the google image search page and bookmark that link. After that I just set it as a quick launch button and click on that so that I don't have to click it each time I want to search for something new. I'm not aware of any way to actually set that permanent through an option though..
Yeah the new image thing sucks.
I like it a little better now. Its also been like this for at least 1/2 month+. So my guess is its here to stay.
I know that cats are not what you search for in Google images... ;P
maybe something slightly similar...
Ummm, back on topic: I guess the new search thing is alright... I don't really like how it open the image over the web page where the image is from...
IE8 probably doesn't have this at this point. I still see the old view.

This isn't the first time Google has released something without initially including IE. Such are the ways with IE's restrictions and inability to keep up with the other browsers.
