What we see in the video happened long ago. Remember, this is a TV show they are recording, and just now giving us a few spoilers before the show comes in for the next season. If this girl had died, we would have heard of it long ago, as a girl dying on the recording of an American TV show is big news. Not to mention they wouldn't be parading that video around.
