This will have 3 parts-
1v1 PVP Tournament
Last Man Standing
Tag Team PVP
Each part is ordered chronologically in order of events.

Tournament Details-
Time and Date: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Saturday, October 23rd
^ Google "Time Conversion" if you don't go by EST.
Prizes: (Don't expect much here, as I'm not a GM)
1v1 PVP Tournament- A +karma (and if anyone's willing to donate an account for whoever the winner of the main tournament wants, that'd be swell)
LMS- +karma
Tag Team PVP- +karma
Hotkeys:
1v1 PVP Tournament- Allowed only if both players have no issue with them, if one does, they're not allowed
LMS- Not allowed on the basis that everyone isn't using hotkeys
Tag Team PVP- Not allowed on the basis that everyone isn't using hotkeys

1v1 PVP Tournament
The good ol' classic tournament. Each person is assigned to another one to fight, whoever kills the other person 2 out of 3 PVP rounds wins. Double kills count in favor of both players. Ringouts apply. The losers are disqualified, and the winners continue on to the next tournament round. Between each tournament round, there'll be a 5-min break, so do your business or whatever then. Rinse and repeat until you've got the winner. This is the main event. Matchups will be randomized via Random.org, don't complain to me if you get paired up with someone you don't like.
You can only sign up one name, and if you're signing your friend up, please specify that, otherwise I will not add that person to the list. Correct sign ups are as follows:

Last Man Standing
Everyone gathers into a big group on the stage, and each person tries to be the last one alive. You die once, you're out. I'll probably do a couple of these, since they're short. I'm not having a separate list, instead, what events you think you'll be available for you will have to include in your sign ups. Ringouts apply, double kills mean both people are out.

Tag Team PVP
A more organized form of team PVP, you split into 2 teams, Red and Blue, like the colors on the flags. I'm randomizing teams as well to make sure no one team has a large advantage over the other. It starts out like 1v1 PVP, but you can switch out with anyone on your team at any time, provided they aren't dead. The waiting team members must wait on the side platforms, where the flags are. If you switch out, you CANNOT sit down. You MUST stand, preventing you from healing. If you're killed, you're out and you sit on the side of the benches relevant to your team. You can switch out at any time, but if the person who is PVPing for you doesn't call for you, you won't come in. When a person dies, another person from the team will take their place.

Which is why I suggested you don't enter a level 9. There's no real point to it, other than making the tournament shorter and less fun, especially when you have 2 perfectly good level 99 accounts.

I made Atlas in february 2010 and got it to level 50ish before going inactive until late august 2010. At that point I played almost only on Atlas and now its 4 pixels away from lvl 100 :P
Since I came back I almost didnt use Prosper but its still there with its dkh and spire dagger .. waiting....

I would say no. My personal opinion is that it is best if the host does not participate in the tournament, however I see no practical reason against it. Preference says "don't do it", practicality says "doesn't matter".

If I had to guess why they didn't sign up, I guess they think that I can't host very well. Another reason might be the lack of prizes, and I can't do much in that department.

foG is barely active, silly geese. I talk to him a lot, (despite the rivalry we have on S.O.) we're pretty great friends.
I have no idea about Dipz, I guess he just doesn't want to.
I wasn't sure whether to join, and Mystery had told me it was after the clan update(?).
But please don't get that idea that you're not a great host or we don't join because there are no prizes. Me and foG lost our S.O. PvP touch, if you ask us. And I didn't want to be involved because I didn't want to appear on a tournament with my horrible PvP skills. D:

I could put you against the lowest level(icup), but that's about all I could do for you. You should be a high enough level to play against him(level 55) by the time this starts. But you don't have to if you don't want to, it's understandable.
And yeah, I'm hoping for at LEAST 20 people for this. I didn't expect so many people to sign up for it earlier, actually. :P

I might not be there like for exactly 5pm. Im finishing work at that time and sometimes that last calls last longer and I do a bit of overtime. I don't mind being the first to go but if you see I'm being late please delay my fight to a bit later.

I'm planning to do those matches later as opposed to the sooner ones. That's the good thing about not using brackets, it's more workable if issues arise.
If anything I might be around half an hour late at most. So if my fight is closer to the end it would be better, but i doubt its going to be even that. Paintballing with my dad :P

I didn't foresee that happening, was my fault entirely.. If enough people are interested, I could host those miscellaneous events this weekend(as in Friday, not Saturday or Sunday, I have an active life, believe it or not. I have a before-Halloween party and a during-Halloween party to attend.)

I'm guessing you're new to forums. A topic doesn't get locked every time it's served its purpose, it's only locked if its creator wishes it to be, and/or it's provoking some type of unnecessary argument. If the former were true, you'd see many more locked topics throughout the forums.
