Title: The last boss helmet

Sorry no sprite just a plain idea, but it does make sense.

We have Dkh from RB focusing on defense and hp.
We have BC from BA focusing defense and speed.
We have DH from DS focusing defense and strength.

What do we get from SG? Fed and Gb are NO BOSS HATS.
They are neat add ons (especially gb) oookay, but where is the last ultimate boss helm?
I think there should be one from SG:

4str 4agi 4def, what do you think?

Actually dkh does not focus on def and hp. It is more focused on vit then hp, as it does not give any additional hp. Just the ammount of hp in 4 vit.
And 4 str 4 agi would lay several hats to waste.
I personally don't think sg doesn't need any new drops. Great sword, fedora, green beret, slasher, and the uncommfirmed LSS is good for 1 boss. And being that it is christmas roughly 1/12 of the year, GB fedora and slasher are almost unique drops from the sg.

You must remember balance good sir. We try to give most hats their place. Commons are fine for being outlclassed. Or rather, anything sold at the starter town, but past that, we like to make sure each hat has it's place, big or small.

well there aren't any more to "?%$ with, besides classic, gravity and blade.
All wouldn't be f'ked up by a 4/4/0/0 4 hat.

The special drop the SG has is LSS. Personally, I think SGs are hyped enough already, so I don't see it needing another rare strong drop, which would also heighten the need to get items to PVP even more than it's already needed now.

I think The GB and possible LSS are enough. however there does seem to be one missing.
Where is my BBB helm, the satisfaction of wearing a giant blob on your head would be great.

10/11 is waaay to much. Theres already an intelligance hat anyway.
The highest stat giving, non-gm, hat anyway is 6. (bbe) And if 6 int would be given by 'this new' hat it really wouldn't do anything. And for all the 7 int'ers out there, you would need 11 int in order to have a vast effect. And 11 int is insane.
I think the wizard hat is already a good enough int hat. Fedoras not half bad either. Well for my fail 8 int it is just as helpful as the wiz.

(Also I am not too positive about dipz's blade crown if it gives 6 or 7 str. It might be an acception to the stat max of 6)

You realize if hats were released in a proper order, you would not be stuck in this loop of not being able to go past a certain stat. If there was a hat that gave 30 vit, have it minus certain traits from vitality. So you get the bonus Ticks from it, but not the bonus HP so instead of being something like 500 HP with super fast ticks, you have a casual 300 hp with super fast ticks. Hats Don't just have to give bonuses. Which come to my next point. +10int -3 agi. Or something like that. Say for your hat that gives +12 vit, it minuses 100 HP or something.

Actually I think you're onto something. At the moment, the most PvP viable hats are Bandit Cover, Dark Knight Helm, and Dragoon Helm. In other words, an Agility hat, a Vitality hat, and a balanced hat. We seem to be lacking a PvP viable Strength hat, and Int hat! The Fedora was a reasonable attempt, with 2 strength, 1 vit, 2 defense, and 4 intelligence, but it didn't work and nobody uses it. Why? Well since most people are 100 already, they can't even make use of +4 int, and 2 strength/def isn't enough. 1 Vit was also a random choice, it's like this hat was built for someone to base their build around it, but the hat itself doesn't compete with other PvP hats, so why would anyone do that?

My point being, Fedora should have kept the highest int + there currently was, 5. This is enough for people with 1 intelligence to actually make use of it, and doesn't make those of us with 7 or 13 rage our pants off. The first argument I could see would be that this is replacing the Wizard hat. Well, yeah. All of the other hats are replaced, but there's no hat with higher Strength or Intelligence that can't be bought from the shop? What the dick is that about?

My suggestion, change Fedora from.
+2 Str
+1 Vit
+4 Int
+2 Def
To
+4 Str
+5 Int
+2 Def

The single vit point is useless, sure it gives some builds one more def, but it's too conditional... Just give it another def point if that conditional point is actually necessary. Everyone complains that Fedora is absolutely pointless, lets make it into a hat that's actually viable.

Thoughts?

Then I want a 1 point stat reset, because I added a point into INT just for Fedora.  :'(

But yeah, that sounds great.

I also have a strange build and the fedora rules with 8 int. (Idk if mystery has 8 or 14)

I have 8, if I had 14, I wouldn't need it. I like Fedora, but I do think it needs some buffing. Since a single stat point reset on 2 accounts will most obviously not happen if Meiun was to buff Fedora, I'd like it to be this- +4 STR, +4 INT, +4 Def.

Im fine with that. But fedora is a little common to be given those good stats. Common in a sense that many people have it.
If it makes a difference, +4str, +4 int, +2 or 3 defence would be better.
