They could only think of three...?
The point of laying on the couch is to kick back and relax... If you're going to exercise while watching TV, why not just go do it on the floor.....?

Not to mention while you can do those exercises, your really not going to get a whole lot out of any of those on a couch as it is a soft surface. For all those exercises. you want a firm floor so that you can fully work your muscles. I used to do 10 minute plank holds and other similar plyometrics for football every morning, thank god that's over.

Well, I can see where they're coming from, you're on a soft surface, so you have to work harder to balance yourself...
But yeah, we have to do them for gymnastics allll the time. :<

Whenever Hannah Montana or ICarly are on, there's an awesome exercise that will work out your forearms and get you worked up and excited. Unfortunately after said exercise you may feel crushing loneliness and despair until you can work out again.

This isn't anything special, infact it's quite stupid that they need to explain how to exercise without leaving your couch... Not sure why they listed three either, since most exercises can be performed on a sofa.

Hannah Montana is bad, but ICarly can't be the worst. The worst show position is reserved by *insert every reality show about housewives here*

Anyways, just so this doesn't reel off topic, my brother would have dumbells and he'd do reps during TV, and he'd get down and do pushups and situps during commercials. He actually lost weight doing this :V

I have to agree with Yank here. I would absolutely watch iPodly or Manny Hottanna before watching the Whoreswives.
