My boss is avidly against it, he only found out because someone brought it to his attention that I had already implemented it.

Get a better internet? I use it all the freaking time and it works great. I agree with the pricing changes and the lack of available titles on streaming. If there were more available on streaming, then it would make sense what they are doing with the price change. I would drop dvd service altogether. As it is, I probably will be dropping dvds and just get it when I absolutely have to watch something and it's not available on streaming.

Yes, I think that about sums it up.

Although, I don't care about the added expense. If I really want to watch something, I'll make sure I plan out at least 1 other dvd I want to watch in that month and get more than 1 dvd for the extra $8. The way I look at it, it costs about $4 to rent a movie, so if I get 2 dvds for $8 in a month then it's about breaking even. If I want to make it more worth while I'll get 3.

I didn't mean the streaming itself sucked... I meant the movies on streaming suck....
Just for an FYI though, there are 6 people living in my house, meaning 6 people could potentially be using the net all at the same time... My sister and dad using Netflix, my oldest brother playing games/streaming videos, and my dearest brother Chaos occasionally downloading an entire season of a tv show...>_>
And our internet is free, compliments of the company my dad works with.

Ah, I see. Then yes. I agree with you. I occasionally find something worth watching on it, but most of the time it's just something to watch when bored or nothing is on TV.

Since the price change, I switched back to one dvd out at a time(unlimited) and dropped streaming. Honestly, I only watched 1 or 2 movies on streaming. I'd much rather watch a movie/show on my TV than on my computer... They tried to bump my price up to $15 a month, now it's only $8 for the one dvd at a time.
