Nope, never, not at all. Just a coincidence that some people suddenly have it after they kill a snowman. It's probability the Illuminati.

Snowmen drop slasher apparently, I got one as well. ;)

Both from the same snowman; also, Wuffi received one from a snowman recently as well. BigFata also allegedly received one from a snowman a long while back, but no one believed him.
