hey just wondering how to give or de rep someone, do u need a certain number of posts to do this or what because i can't find a button for it....

There is a heart icon thing below the avatar.
I don't know if there is a post requirement though.

And so you asked so you could de rep me i notice i had 37 rep then it dropped to 29 pretty stupid i do say myself.. :-\

well maybe if u were nicer to people you wouldn't have been de repped and congrats on figuring it out...
