No you're not. You have to have a few more months pass before you can test for a driver's permit, and even then you have to pass, and if you do, you still have a lot of restrictions. And personally, I wouldn't trust you to drive. :-X

Umm? You can start driving at 16 if you pass the drivers knowledge test, and you have to have a licensed driver sitting next to you, 12 months later if you have met the time requirements (120 hours for me, done 5 hours in 3 months :P) you can get a red provision permit which allows you to drive on your own, but restricts your speed and stuff, then theres the green provisionals and then you get your full license, hurray!
