Just some initial Idea.
Steel Present- Drops steel weapons, consisting of Spire, Great Sword, Katana, and Damascus Blade.
Steel Present takes multiple hits, probably could have around 250 HP, spawns 2x rarer than deluxe.

Damascus Blade- If you don't know what one is, look it up! Damascus Blade should hit 2 enemies at once, and a power between slasher and Great sword, using 20-30 some stamina per swing. Animation here
I tried to mimic SO's animation style so it isn't super smooth, but powerful and has a low frame count.

Some idea hoping to get more players on Stick Online v2 just for Christmas event, so this one could be a memorable one ;)

Hmm, that is VERY very rare. Perhaps too rare? IMO that is a little bit to rare.
Dayyumm though. That would be some rare present. Awesome looking sprite. I hope it gets implemented. It actually looks the style of stick online. Great job. Cant wait for the animation.

Looks really good. I think it would be a great idea. though christmas as is should be fine, I don't think anyone has all items that can be dropped by DP yet
I like the idea, but I think there should me something more christmas-y. :)
I like the idea - and great-looking weapon too. :o
Very well thought out. I hope this gets through ;)

The reason for this steel present is that people who yearn and work hard for katana, spire, gs and don't get them, will get a fair chance, and probably a new weapon. It's like getting a present on something you needed / wanted.
That is Awesome. I realllyyyy hope that this gets in-game intime for the X mas event. Great job!

No... not rarer than the Deluxe, please. It was difficult for people with agility under 40 to find Deluxe boxes last year. Other than that, it looks good.

On par with Deluxe should be good then :D, so that means that we have 2 more presents to find.
Yeah, I think the spawn rate isn't even worth the reward, even if it is something they don't have. I think that the Spire should be replaced with Slasher, since the Spire is the specialty weapon of the Bandit Assassin, and should only be dropped by the BA.
It is that slasher is already dropped by Deluxe, so that is why I put in another weapon that is popular and hard to get.
Replace it with a regular dagger, everybody winrar!
I'll take a wild assumption that this isn't ingame
However, I have no problem with spire being in it as BA still has BC to keep unique.
I like this one dude, nice idea/sprite.
If you're going to have them have the same drop rate, what's the point of having a separate present box at all?
I say we give it the health of a Dark Sage or something crazy like that. The only person to get drops is the last person that kills it though. Hooray for pinatas!
Maybe it should just drop from DS :P
And the animation is just superb.

QUOTE. FOR. TRUTH.
Cero...how did you have time to make this whilst the sprite request thread you made lies dormant, full of request without its spriter? Good idea though. I agree about the super high rarity. WAY too high! I say between a deluxe and a norm.
I'm thinking that any animation for future weapons should be done in flash given how smooth the end result is judging from your animation (If that is what you are using to do these), though the quality is noticeably different and much improved than the other animations on Stick-online V2... :-\
That's reeeeeeeeeaaaaally cool, though the rarity is a bit silly if you ask me, but then again, it wont be subtracting from any other presents spawning so I guess it wouldn't be too bad. If it's not implemented before January (or how ever long this event will be if the same thing that happened with halloween happens again XD) then at least Meiun can add the Damascus Sword, because it's so freakin' awesome looking. Seriously, I just can't deal with how freakin' awesome it looks.
Maybe you could have the chances of finding a steel present the same as a delux present..
The idea of the steel present is pretty good and also the sprite.. great job :)

For the chance of finding a Slasher, you get 2x the chance. Plus it's encouraging to see something that's not just a regular present.
It seems like a bit of a windmill animation, something's odd, I can't quite put my finger on it right now. I like the weapon, but not quite the animation...

Someone give this man a job, damnit. His sprites are some of the best material on this forum, and they all almost fit perfectly with the game. Kudos.
what program you use to make SO=(stick online)sprites?
Paint.
I myself prefer gm7's paint. Not gm8's paint for creating pixle art its more for effects and things.
EDIT: I forgot what cero's program is though.
Cero use Flash 8 Pro.
You can use any graphics program to sprite, even Photoshop. It's just that PaintMS has no fancy features, like default blur or anything, which makes it the easiest spriting program to work with.

And yet, at the same time, the lack of fancy features also makes it one of the hardest, as well.
I recommend MSpaint if you're learning so you can learn the basics without using any sort of fancy features as a crutch. Once you're adept at it, it's probably best to get something else to speed up the sprite-making process.

GraphicsGale is excellent once you've picked up the ropes of spriting, for example. However, I almost always come back to using MS/GM Paint because of its simplicity. As awesome as GG is, I only use it for my serious spriting. That's just how I work.
EDIT: On-topic, that's definitely not a bad idea there, Cero. Although the incredible 2x rarity of a DX present would annoy the heck out of some people, and I don't like how pretty much every good item is in this thing, although that was intended. Perhaps the SD could be replaced with a normal dagger, or a dagger could be added as a possible drop..other than those things, great work there, Cero, as always.
