i just found out on discovery channel that fire ants are naturally attracted to electrical appliances and will even damage computer parts. so if you have fire ants around your house or in in your house get rid of them because they will damage your computer or other electrical devices.

That's sort of interesting. Did it say what about fire ants makes them particularly inclined torward electronics?
