I built a computer with this graphics card for my friend in it for free. His old laptop/main computer would barely even run Stick Online at 20 FPS. Anyways, I was wondering, could I overclock this using MSI Afterburner? I installed an extra fan in the computer, and it's idle temp is about 57-58C. Would it make much of a difference?

You probably wouldn't want to, overclocking an 8400 won't get you all that far and if it is idling at almost 60C then when in game it could easily go up into the high 80s or low 90s so you definitely wouldn't want it getting hotter than that.
