Poor, poor child. Megatron? Are you serious? Would be quite funny, however even if they did recieve the one million fans, I doubt anyone in their right mind would actually go through with this.

I remember a group about "If I get one million fans, my wife will allow me to make our house a pirateship!" or something along the lines of that and they recieved well over one million, perhaps it was around two million... I'm not sure if he had ever started the project, though.
