Lost complete access to email account

About 2 weeks ago my email account was hacked by someone from China, I managed to retrieve my account by knowing the recovery password. About 3 days after that I lost access to it again, this time the recovery question was changed to Chinese and the entire question/answer was changed. Anyone have any idea on how I could get my email account back?
