Which kind of controller do you think is better? Wireless or wired? I think a lot of people here have used both kinds of controllers and may like on or another or both.

wired controller pros:
Mostly lighter weight
Mostly cheaper

Cons:
Its cord can get tangled, tripped on, stuck in things. Tripping on the cord could break things.

wireless controller pros:
No wireless makes it more portable. Also no cords to trip on, tangle, or get stuck.

Cons:
Tend to cost more.
Tend to be more heavy.
Needs to be recharged or get a battery change.
Some people clam more input lag.
It may cause or be affected by wireless interference.

(The above goes along wireless keyboard and or mouse also if you don't use a controller.)

Do you like one more than the other? Or do you either any time? Or do you like one another in different cases?

Thanks for reading.

There is input lag on wireless mouses but this is due to the fact the wireless receiver has interference with other radio signals. Most wireless mice use Radio Frequencies to operate, with the receiver which is usually hooked up to a USB, this receiver then transmits a radio signal to the mouse at a very very low frequency. But fret not because no other devices other than mice use this low frequency, and so long as you are using a relatively NEW mouse (as in made AFTER 2001), your wifi mouse probably has "pairing" technology, meaning that someone with the identical mouse and receiver cannot take control of your PC, etc, due to a specific serial ID on the mouse and receiver.

All in all, input lag is possible but the chances of it happening are pretty low, and as for Infrared wifi mice you should not buy those because just like most IR devices, they need a direct line of sight to work!

And wireless mice are actually pretty small, because they are mostly used for netbooks, etc!
For controllers I'd say you should still go with cords, wireless controllers do still cost a lot because wifi adapters are still a shitload more compared to your basic cords, if it's going to be a hassle for you though, buy a wireless one.
And by that I mean if it's for the PC, go for a cord controller, but for normal consoles, you should usually buy cordless one's to avoid cord hassle etc, too many times do i see cords pulling 360's off shelves, etc and totally busting it!

Wireless mice come in full size. I used to have one. But, the problem was the distance was extremely short. I think that was specific to the device I had though.

I would use a wireless controller for a console if I had one hooked up to my TV. Reason is because I'd want to sit at the couch which is far enough away that a wired controller would need an extension.
