recently bought fairly expensive computer, though I saved a bit from having it custom built from NCIX.com. :)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU   960 @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 12.0 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580

I'll get some pics when I get my camera charged, or I can take some pics of my screen showing the specs, though the case and LCD monitor I bought is beautiful.

I tried to slow her down, but it wont. Runs everything perfectly, no sign of lag or slowing down. I'm playing Crysis 2 with settings all set at the highest it can possibly go whilst having programs running in the background, and it still runs incredibly good.

JEEZUS. That is quite the beastly rig you have there. Do you use it primarily for gaming or for heavy work programs?

Is the 6570 any good? What kind of games/settings can you run on it? :o

Thanks!

Both. :)

My job is a graphics designer (specifically pixel art and for PC/Iphone games), I'm wanting to also get into 3D modeling for games. Gaming is just the bonus of having such a powerful system for me. I so far have GTA4, Crysis 2, and TDU2. Having such a powerful system wont limit me on anything, and I'm incredibly happy with it. Couldn't ask for a better rig.

Well, when I traded my old lemon hunk of junk computer in, they told me that it is about equivalent to an Nvidia 9800GT (which is the one I had on my old computer) My friend told me Nvidia is better then AMD no matter what way you look at it... but whatever. x.x
I don't really play any graphics intensive games.... It works for whatever I use my computer for though. lol. (digital drawing, watching blu ray movies, playing Alice, etc.)

The 9800 is pretty good, I think. Isn't that the one Chaos used to have/uses?
