I've always thought his email chains were a bit of a hoax, never really questioning their validity, just assuming that they are more or less a humorous creation of his sense of humor, but after re-reading through his email chain, specifically the first email from the guy where he says they received over 5k phone calls, and then the convo he says 5k phone calls on the first day, I'm beginning to question whether or not there is an element of truth to these emails.  Too damn funny!

EDIT: These guys really are screwed by this, Google Maps Review Their Facebook page, yeah, they're done in hard by this.
