What surprises me is the lack of Scott's post. Anyway I don't mind 3D as a way to show something. But I don't think every movie needs to be 3D like most are today. Should be a tool you use if needed.

Lol, I think people are going overboard with the whole 3D thing... It's really not that great. They're making movies be 3D that should not even be 3D.
I personally think it looks best with animated movies... But I can't stand the movies where they purposely go out of their way to throw things right at the camera just for the 3D effect -.- It's less of a movie and more of showing off how 3d works...

I agree with DT, I don't mind it for animated movies however I really dislike it in live action movies (at least until they can do it a lot better then they currently do. The only exception to that was Tron, but that was 90% CGI anyway.

I also don't like it if it's thrown in in the last minute like it is with most 3D live action movies, though I did see it with a few animated movies and it was just plain bad.

I don't mind it if they don't over do it. I saw Avatar in 3D and it gave me a really bad headache, which is why I don't care for 3D movies. Though it was probably because we had to sit 3 throws behind the screen lol.

Lol, That would give me a headache even if it weren't in 3D.
