It appears you guys think puppies > birds. Well then, explain why my Pidgeotto just defeated an Arcanine? Birds are said to have evolved from dinosaurs you know. What have dogs evolved from? Even fatter ancestors probably.

Just because they can go from one place to another, doesn't mean they're loyal, it just means they've been trained their whole life to do it. Regardless, parakeets are not commonly used as messenger birds, therefore, your point is moot.

Your face is moot. Parakeet was just a suggestion. Dogs have also been trained to do tasks, but people still consider them loyal. I have had several fights against birds, and have lost all of them. There's a reason Michael Vick abused dogs and not birds, because birds would have broken his spine and ruined his career.

Incidentally, Yankyal has insisted to me on MSN that he really is not ever trolling.
