T-Rok

it only sent you to those coordinates because you didn't set your spawn location. :P Don't criticize though, just a demo.

Jackabomb

So, how is everyone doing? If you plan on competing please post a little update regarding how far into development you are. No need to post demos, I just need to see who is competing and how it's going.

T-Rok

Weeeelllll I've lost all motivation. xD So we'll see what happens.

11clock

Still here, working on the engine. I've perfected the enemies and added a shooting enemy. Next up, the ability to duck! :D

I'd just like to point out, this post is win.

Jackabomb

In reality, there is only one word which has no equivalent in other languages, was only used once in history, that is capable of expressing the power and awesomeness of rubber duckies. It was written on an old manuscript aboard the USS Arizona which had been copied off of an ancient tablet found in the bottom of a northern Scotland loch before a wave came that drowned the archeologist and simply disintegrated the tablet. Unfortunately, the only person who knew how to pronounce the word and its meaning were aboard the Arizona on December 7th, 1941. Everyone else but that one naval officer thought the word was simply mispelled.

However, the word "win", will suffice.

If what you said was true, it would be the most epic story ever. 'Tis a shame it is not.

How do you know it's not?

Just because of the sheer epicness of the story. Its not possible.

That looks outstanding. Nice work, T-Rok.

...Also, you better be motivated to finish it, because I don't like seeing epicness go to waste.

It's a LOT better than most, if not all, of your usual work. Very intriguing, I look forward to your awesome game Clocky.  ;)

Tsk tsk tsk, Jackabomb. Derailing this thread when you're a judge of the competition?

I'll end this right now by playing the 'literal subjective meaning of my handle' card. Since I'm Mystery, I know all the answers to mysteries. And since there's no sniper in this thread, the word is
AKA Paradox/EnragedDeity/Occurrence.

Jackabomb

As I am a judge, I also have the ability to re-rail the thread.

[rerail]This thread.[/rerail]

I agree with Mystery that T-Rok should re-motivate himself. We've only got two posting competitors.

T-Rok

Lol, don't worry. I have people who surround me with motivation. I was just having a feel sorry for myself day :[ Its all good now though ^_^ I should actually have a version that is able to be submitted into the contest soon. Of course, I won't be submitting it because as long as I can update it I would like to.

T-Rok

Double Post :D

I'm wondering, am I allowed to post a question to get opinions from people in this topic, or would that be considered cheating? xD

Jackabomb

What kind of opinions, I would have to ask.

T-Rok

Opinions about different forms of doing things. Because there are many ways to do skills. But I actually think I have decided on what I'm going to do. Now I just have to do it. xD
